Several quality control tests are undertaken from the very beginning to the end of production process through at least a dozen tests such as: 

• Dimensional inspections: outside diameter, roundness, lenght, weight, straightness, etc.
• Bursting tests.
• Hardness tests.
• Chemical Product analysis.
• Ultrasonic tests.
• Microstructure inspection of the heat affected zone.
• Metal flow inspection of the weld area.
• Accurate diameter sizing using rollmeter.
• Rotary cut off: cutting of pipes into required lengths by disk cutter which travel at the same speed as the pipe.
• Finishing: outside and or inside finishing such as hot dip galvanizing, varnish, coating, etc.
• Threading for pipe from 1/2" - 6" according to BS-21 standard.
• Hydrostatic test to the pressure and holding time.
